Can the mattress be popped?

No, you cannot overfill the mattress. The chambers can withstand a great deal more pressure than the air pump is designed to produce. When the mattress gets to its firmed position, the pump will not be able to place any more air in the chamber. You also don't need to worry about any animals or children putting a hole in the mattress. Basically, the only way to pop the mattress would be to stab it with a knife.

Can I get the mattress shipped?

Yes, your mattress can be shipped to most areas UPS or FedEx Ground delivers to. Your mattress will arrive in two or three boxes depends on the model and size ordered. Instructions for assembly are included and are not difficult.

Will normal sheets work on my new airbed?

Yes, normal sheets will work on your Airbed mattress. It is best if you make sure that the pocket on your sheets are the correct depth of the mattress.

Where will the pump go?

With most normal beds you can place the pump under your bed near the headboard. If you are placing your Airbed on a platform bed, the pump can be placed in the vacant area between the sets of drawers. If the drawers meet in the middle, there should be enough space between the drawer unit and the wall for the air pump. The pump is small, 6" tall - 4" wide - 12" long.

How long will it take me to set up?

Your new Airbed is very easy to set up normally taking between 15 to 25 minutes. The instruction packet comes with the mattress and can be found in the box in a plastic bag with the warranty card.

Will the mattress I get be brand new?

AirBedsOnly.com only sells first quality, brand new mattresses.

Can I use my existing bed and foundation?

Yes you can. Airbeds can be used on your current boxspring, foundation, or platform bed. Your airbed will still retain its full warranty. Boxsprings and foundations hardly ever wear out. As long as your current unit is firm, it will work wonderful. You can also use a sheet of 1/2" plywood to make any boxspring firmer. If you don't have an existing unit, one can be purchased locally for between $75 and $150.00. We suggest you purchase a foundation instead of a boxspring because they have no springs to break and they are less expensive.
